Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 10:00 AM. The cancellation policy is enumerated below:
- Cancellation prior to 10 days of Check in date - 50% of the full payment will be charged as Cancellation Fees.
- Cancellation less than 10 days of Check in date - 100% of the full payment will be charged as Cancellation Fees.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in and Sign the arrival register.
- The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers else an authorization letter must be produced. Complimentary activities (Boating, Fishing, Trekking etc) will be allowed only after all the guests sign the disclaimer form Dispose of waste only in the Bins provided. Cleaning charge of Rs. 500/- will be collected for littering the area.
- Meals are served buffet style at the below times. No food will be served at times other than the below. Breakfast 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM Lunch 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Snacks 5:30 PM Dinner 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM WI FI is available at the Dining area of the Cottages.
- Only BSNL Mobile network is available however the signal is very poor and unreliable.
- If there is a power shortage the generator will be run at the following times Morning 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Night 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
- The consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited and the hotel is not responsible for any mishap that may occur due to any such substance abuse.
